Perhaps looking through a microscope at a mystery object such as a mineral, but just placing your camera lens up to the eyepiece for the shot. That or your retina with the camera right up to your eye.

A slice of frozen pizza, slightly defrosted with the exclusive use of a toaster oven set at 325 F, removed with bare hands and placed on a sheet of pure white alabaster marble.
